Merge in some changes from Andrew Cottrel; Windows/NT -> Windows NT;
Win/NT -> Windows NT

Explain what a long file name is; update the information on RHIDE;
add note about possible problems with DJGPP 2.04's symlink support
& older DJGPP programs; add notes about older DJGPP programs
on Windows 2000 and XP.

Bump version numbers to 2.04

Add information for ME, 2000, XP (refresh, installation instructions).
Hints on install directory.  Windows NT LFN usage.  Unziping into
directory structure.  Trim a few trailing blanks.

Mention Windows/ME and W2K.  Tell to use DOS unzip program on NT4.
