This directory contains the beginnings of a more substantial demonstration. The program requires motif to compile and run. I havent attempted to use lesstif with this demonstration - I believe that UIL support in lesstif is still very green. The code illustrates in more detail the use of the X11 specific interface to lib3d, the use of the new Scene abstraction and the new FileDevice class. The demonstration renders only when necessary, and correctly accepts resize and expose events. The files in this directory are not yet under autoconf control, so you may have to play with the makefile directly to compile on your system. Invoke the program: $ ./viewer ../../models/teapot.nff It only understands nff files for now. You can move the camera and rotate the model by clicking a mousebutton and moving the mouse. The camera starts at the origin - right in the middle of the teapot.
