@subheading Description

The @code{getservbyport()} function returns a @samp{servent} structure
for the line from @samp{services} (@pxref{services}) that matches the port
@var{port} given in network byte order using protocol @var{proto}. 

The @samp{servent} structure is defined in the description of
@code{getservbyname()} (@pxref{getservbyname}).

@subheading Return Values

The @code{getservbyport()} function return the @samp{servent} structure, or
a NULL pointer if an error occurs or the end of the file is reached.
